I am 207 pounds and growing due to some medication that I have to take. I first started my journey to health nearly a year ago, eating 1200 calories a day and working out at least 5 times a week, both cardio and weight training. Since then, I have gained 25 pounds- not of muscle. I'm trying to love my body no matter what state it's in, but I'm having difficulty, unsurprisingly. In fact, I hate it. But it's the only one I have, so I'm constantly trying new things to find something that will work for my specific situation. And hopefully, I won't be fat forever.
